Online Hatha yoga, restorative yoga and meditation classes in Spanish, English or French for all levels of personal practice.
These private classes can be personal or for smaller groups. The level and focus of classes and their duration will be agreed upon what you would like to practice and learn.
Corporate yoga is available, adapting poses and exercises to the needs of your employees.
Yoga for tattoo artists is also available and yes I do swap yoga classes for new tattoos!
